On the Horizon
This series seeks to raise awareness on how global energy generation strategies, designed to reduce the dangerously high levels of CO2 in our atmosphere for the benefit of the world as a whole, might have a disastrous effect on the lives of people in the rural area of the Lenches, with a proposal to build five giant wind turbines very close to their homes.
In 2008 Geoff Hodgson gained a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Photography at the University of Gloucestershire. He has exhibited widely from the Royal Photographic Society International Print Exhibition to the Birmingham Art Gallery. In October 2010 he will have a solo exhibition at No.8 Gallery, Pershore.
